Stay Spiced! Salt Water Fish

This harmonious seasoning blend was specially created for saltwater fish. It has a mildly spicy flavour with lemongrass and lemon zest that provide an exotic kick of freshness and roasted nori leaves that make the blend pop.

• Ideal for seafood, calamari, sea bream, herring, monkfish, turbot, tuna, catfish, sea bass & more

Tip:

• Season the fish and wrap it in aluminum foil, leaving 10cm of foil on either end. Use the foil to create a tent over the fish, folding it like an envelope to seal. You can grill, pan fry or bake the fish.
