TarufLanghe caused a culinary stir when they introduced this caviar in 2010: the black caviar looks deceptively real, but is not made from sturgeon eggs but from black winter truffle juice.
Each caviar pearl is full of full, classic truffle taste. It goes wonderfully with any kind of dish you would enjoy with truffles (eggs, cheese, meat, potatoes ...) and also makes a delicious decoration.
Tip: Perfect for finger food and appetisers like "Blinis with Caviar".
