Description
Freeze-drying, also known as lyophilization, is a particularly gentle drying process that preserves the quality, taste and colour of the food being dried. This makes it particularly suitable for heat-sensitive, high-quality food.
This spice powder is made from Parmigiano Reggiano and white Alba truffles snd contains the full flavour of these delicacies. It tastes great on:

- Salad dressings
- Potatoes and vegetables
Tip: for a quick and delicious meal, simply sprinkle some Parmesan truffle powder over pasta that has been tossed in a little butter or olive oil beforehand. Buon appetito!
