TARTUFISSIMA® N° 18 is the world’s first truffle pasta, made by Tartuflanghe. Made by hand using durum wheat semolina, eggs, and summer truffles, this tagliolini pasta is bronze-extruded, knife-cut, and slowly dried. The result is an exceptionally elastic texture and outstanding firmness when cooked.
