Tartuflanghe Pesto Powder

This seasoning is made with classic pesto ingredients that have been freeze-dried: Genovese Basil PGI, Parmigiano Reggiano PGI, pine nuts, Fiore Sardo PGI, salt, and Vessalico garlic. The seasoning has the green colour that is characteristic of Genovese pesto, as well as all its great flavour!

Sprinkle the seasoning on:

• Pasta and risotti
• Steamed vegetables and fish
• Pizza
• Dips and dressings

Recipe: Caprese with Pesto Powder

Ingredients for 1 person: 1 ripe tomato, 1 ball of (buffalo) mozzarella, olive oil (extra virgin), salt, pepper, TartufLanghe pesto powder

1. Drain the mozzarella.
2. Slice the tomato and mozzarella into medium-thin slices.
3. Arrange a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella in a circle alternately on a plate.
4. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt and pepper.
5. Sprinkle on plenty of pesto powder.
