Spätlese wines have always been produced in Rust. They shine with a subtle fruity sweetness, but are not as sweet as, for example, the Ruster Ausbruch.

This late harvest wine with 54g of residual sugar is fresh and piquant. Hand-picked, fully ripe Chardonnay grapes were fermented in steel tanks to maintain their freshness. The fermentation was stopped by natural cooling, thus creating a pleasant residual sweetness and juiciness. Fully ripe yellow pears, and honeydew melon paired with juicy tangerine lie on the palate and in the nose. Nice, well-dosed acidity that ensures immense drinking fun.

Goes wonderfully with various desserts and cheese. An easy-going wine, made from a purely natural product!
