Description

This fine sparkling wine is still considered dry with just under 10g of residual sugar. The delicate residual sweetness is paired with flavours of fresh cherries and wild berries.

These delicate pearls and elegant acidity will be universally loved. Ripe Zweigelt and Pinot Noir grapes were gently pressed after a short maceration and then fermented in stainless steel tanks, resulting in an extremely harmonious texture.

Wonderful as an aperitif or party wine, and also pairs well with grilled salmon! Cheers!
