Description

Turn everyday potatoes into a crisp, golden side dish with Organic Roast Potato Seasoning Mix by Lebensbaum. It adds aromatic herbs to potato wedges and roasted vegetables for a flavourful oven-baked finish.

About this product:

  • Aromatic herb blend: Onion, rosemary, oregano, thyme and selected spices help create a golden crust.
  • Versatile use: Ideal for potato wedges and roast potatoes, and equally delicious with colourful roasted vegetables.

Directions:

  • Cut 1 kg raw potatoes into wedges or large cubes.
  • Place in a bowl and toss first with 5 tablespoons of oil, then with the contents of the sachet.
  • Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 200 °C (fan: 180 °C) for approx. 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
