The name of this upscale white wine is derived from the Theresienhöhe vineyard in southern Styria. Here, the schist primary rock and microclimate are the ideal conditions for this firm, mineral variety. It quickly becomes clear why this region is so famous worldwide for the Sauvignon Blanc.

When dried in a steel tank, freshness is preserved. The nose seduces with a scent of peach and a bunch of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, taste the slate floor - firm, extremely complex. Currants with a juicy, fruity sweetness slide down silkily with a very good length. A joyous and hugely appealing wine.

94 A la Carte and 93 Falstaff points are absolutely justified here. The wine cuts a great figure on its own, and goes well with seafood, veal or Asian-inspired dishes.
