Description

A mild, aromatic cheese. Made from 70% Brimsen and 24% natural sheep's milk yogurt. Refined with fine organic Liptauer spices. Made from 100% Austrian, GMO-free, pasteurized sheep's milk (min. 45% fat). Produced by the Schulenburg process.
