In 1901 Franz Windegger founded the Winegger Butcher Shop in South Tyrol, focusing on quality meat and top-quality work. The Windegger family uses almost exclusively regional ingredients from the South Tyrolean mountains, which are then processed by expert hands into delicious meat and sausages.
