71g venison and 38g beef and pork, bacon, water, nitrite (salt, preservatives: sodium nitrite), spices, spice extracts, glucose, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, stabilizer: mono- and diphosphate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, aroma.
