Description
Sweet cinnamon, cardamom, spicy ginger, cloves and pepper come together to make this delicious Ayurvedic tea composition. Milk or milk substitutes go well this tea too. Ideal for exotic, warming and inspiring moments of pleasure.
Preparation:
- Take 1 to 1.5 tsp (1.4 to 2 g) tea for 1 litre boiling water.
- Let it steep for about 7 minutes (or longer for a stronger taste).
- Sweeten to taste if desired and add milk or milk substitute.
