The exquisite ingredients, along with the gentle drying process at very low temperatures, ensure the uniquely high quality and unparalleled flavour of this delicious pasta speciality.
Zaccagni's Process
- As a traditional pasta manufacturer Zaccagni produces his noodles after the bronze process. In this process, special bronze moulds are used, which make the surface of the pasta dough particularly rough. Thanks to this rough surface Zaccagni Pasta can absorb more sauce after cooking than conventional noodles.
