Zotter Chocolate nougsus CashewNougat Chocolate

Home-made cashew nougat made out of cold cracked cashew kernels. We abstain from the conventional deep-frying of the cashew kernels in order to preserve the authentic taste of the cashew kernels. The cashews are tenderly roasted, ground in a mill and with a high percentage of Mountain Milk Chocolate and mixed into a tenderly melting nougat creation. With pieces of cashew kernels as an inlay.
