Wachau apricots are an Austrian specialty par excellence and well known far beyond the country's borders. This chocolate is refined in the form of a fruity apricot layer mixed with apricot brandy, which rests on a layer of marzipan and is covered with an exquisite milk chocolate cover with 40 percent cocoa.
