Description

This exceptional chocolate bar has a filling encased in fine dark milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content and celebrates the distinctive flavour of the juneberry. Juneberries resemble blueberries in both looks and taste, along with a subtle hint of marzipan. Zotter uses this unique flavour profile to create an intensely fruity ganache filling, which is perfectly set off with white chocolate and a dash of lemon.

In addition, there's a delicate hazelnut praline enhanced with exotic spices such as anise and cardamom, and a pinch of salt. The crowning glory: the filling is given a wonderful, rustic crunch with rye breadcrumbs, created from bread toasted and lightly tossed in butter.
