This chocolate has a 72% cocoa content and delights with its fruity taste.
It is made from cocoa beans that are cultivated by the Pisa cooperative which demonstrates the importance of fair trade in politically unstable regions. The beans are gently roasted in a soft-mist roasting process.
This results in a juicy, mildly sweet fruit bouquet with nutty, spicy nuances in the taste.
