Zotter Chocolate Organic PawPaw

A dark milk chocolate bar (50% cocoa) filled with two layers of pawpaw ganache around a layer of pawpaw jelly. The pawpaw fruit tastes like a mix banana, mango, and vanilla. The fruit puree in the chocolate is refined with white chocolate, honey, and a squeeze of lemon. The jelly layer is covered in a wafer-thin layer of milk chocolate.
