Description

A completely new definition of chocolate! This bar has a woody chocolate flavour that comes from notes of spruce, larch and pine chips - made using the Barrique technique. The filling is refined with firewood brandy, with tasty wood-fire notes. To make the chocolate the woodchips are "toasted" and topped with sugarcane brandy, then fused with caramel couverture and milk chocolate to make the filling.
