Description
The organic aubergine spread tastes wonderful on fresh flatbreads or pita. Serve it as a dip with raw vegetables as a light starter. The mild taste of aubergines is seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices such as basil, rosemary, garlic and paprika. It is rounded off with fine olive oil which, like all the other ingredients, is purely organic.
The vegan organic spread is gluten-free and contains no yeast, soy or lupins. Finely pureed sunflower seeds form the base for this delightfully creamy spread.
