Description
The Organic Black Currant Jelly by Zwergenwiese has a high fruit content: 61 g organic fruit are processed to make 100 g jelly. It is sweetened with only a little raw cane sugar. The aromatic jelly thus retains the pure fruity, tangy and mildly sweet taste of blackberries.
Perfect as a spread on fresh bread and a filling in cakes or biscuits. It is also a wonderful addition to spicy, fruity chutneys and sauces such as Cumberland sauce which is a particularly tasty accompaniment to cheese, pies or as a dip for fondue.
