The organic Almond Lard by Zwergenwiese is a fantastic vegan alternative to pork lard. The roasted almonds with dried apples and onions give the spread a unique taste. Delicious as a spread on fresh dark bread.
Tip: Almond lard is also excellent for cooking. Try it as an ingredient in a hearty cream sauce or to sauté vegetables for a stir-fry.
