Description
Chickpeas are no longer a well-kept secret: their delicate, nutty taste is very popular and can be used to make a variety of dishes. You can use chickpeas to make flavourful hummus or add it to salads, stews, spreads, fillings, side dishes and more. They are organic and vegan.
Preparation: Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 12 hours. Drain and rinse under running water. Transfer to a pot, cover with fresh water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour then process further as desired.
