Description

Organic mountain lentils by Alnatura have a reddish-brown colour and have a mild, aromatic taste. They remain firm to the bite even when cooked for al long time and are therefore the perfect ingredient in salads, soups and casseroles.

Recommendation for preparation:
Rinse 150 g mountain lentils thoroughly. Bring to the boil with 400 ml salted water or vegetable stock. Simmer over low heat for 25 - 30 minutes.
