Description
Organic Soy Mince, Large
- This organic soy mince offers a great alternative to ground meat and can be used to replace meat in sauces, stews, and fillings. It's very tasty in stuffed peppers.
Recipe for approx. 4 servings
- Bring 100 g of soy mince to the boil in 300 ml of Alnatura vegetable stock.
- Cook for 10 minutes, or until the soy mince rehydrate.
- Squeeze out the water.
- Fry in a pan with oil as desired.
