Ankerkraut Earl Grey Black Tea

A wonderful black tea with a natural bergamot note. In 1833, Earl Grey, the Earl of "Howick Hall" lifted the price monopoly of the East India Company on the tea trade with China. During the long sea crossings from overseas, the tea had a lot time to develop its flavor. The pure tea was already enriched with fine bergamot oils from China. This fragrance provides for the popular name.
