Give vegetarian dishes a superbly aromatic note with the Ottoman Magic spice mix developed by professional chef Ali Güngörmüş and Ankerkraut. Flavourful herbs and spices such as coriander, paprika, thyme, fennel and black cumin also go well with poultry, but their aromas are particularly evident in oriental specialties such as hummus or falafel.
The spice blend does not contain onions, sugar, flavour enhancers or other additives. All the ingredients are sourced from controlled organic cultivation.
