Ankerkraut Rosemary's Baby

Rosemary, sage, thyme and bay leaf are typical of Mediterranean cuisine and have strong, aromatic essential oils. Lemon pepper, chili and pink pepper underline their flavour. Raw cane sugar and roasted onions lend a pleasant sweetness while garlic adds a savoury touch. Use as a rub with lamb, game, beef, veal as well as fish and seafood for a Mediterranean herbal aroma and subtle spiciness.
