Description
The Organic Miso Bouillon Powder by Arche is the basis for a quick, warming, nutritious miso soup, but it can do much more. As a universal seasoning spice, you can use it to add a wonderful flavour to meat, fish or noodle dishes. It is a great base for all soups and stews as well.
A quick miso soup:
Pour 500 ml boiling water over 2 heaped teaspoons of miso powder. Stir and let rest for the flavours to fully develop. Serve right away or add other ingredients such as udon noodles and cooked vegetables.
