Description
Miso is a Japanese seasoning that can be used in any cuisine to add a rich flavour. Depending on the ingredients and the maturing time, miso paste develops flavours ranging from sweet and mild to strong and hearty.
In addition to rice, Onozaki Rice Miso also contains soybeans and has a full-bodied, savoury taste with balanced aromas. It goes well with stews, soups, vegetable and meat dishes.
Note: This miso paste is not pasteurised, so please keep it refrigerated.
