Description
This must-have ingredient for Asian cuisine is now also available in a reduced-salt variety. Shoyu is a mild soy sauce made from soybeans and wheat. This variety contains 25% less salt than the regular one but retains the full flavour.
Salt-reduced Shoyu adds the finishing touch to a variety of dishes with its intense taste: from soups, dressings and dips to meat, fish, rice and vegetable dishes.
Note: Shoyu soy sauce contains alcohol produced naturally in the fermentation process.
