Description
These traditional soba noodles are made for Arche in Europe according to traditional Japanese methods and rolled by hand. This ensures a unique texture while the buckwheat gives it a slightly nutty taste.
Soba is the traditional accompaniment to dashi broth (a clear broth made from bonito flakes, seaweed and water). They also go particularly well with hearty vegetable dishes and stews.
Preparation: Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add salt and the soba noodles and cook for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse briefly in cold water before serving.
