Tasty but too expensive
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
These taste very nice! One or two of the items in the mix are a little bit too salty, but most of them are well-seasoned. It's a wonderful treat - and I love that it's so low fat so people with heartburn / GERD like me can enjoy it too. It's a shame it's so expensive though! £3.70 feels too much for such a small bag, even if it is organic.
Also, did you know rice crackers like these are extremely high on the glycemic index scale? They have a higher GI than eating pure sugar! Pure sugar has a GI of 65, and Japanese rice crackers often have a GI of around 90!
