Description

People trying to avoid classic wheat flour often have to go without delicious baguettes. Bake Affair is here to come to the rescue! These spelt baguettes are perfect for making lunches, pepping up salads or as an accompaniment to soups.

You don't have to have any special baking skills to make these tasty baguettes. Thanks to the unique ingredients, the baguettes still taste fresh the day after you've made them!

Preparation:

  1. Add the baking mixture and water to a bowl and knead well by hand or with a suitable mixer.
  2. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough into your desired shapes.
  4. Knead the dough well, then let it rest for another 20 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Preheat the oven (electric) or the grill to 230 ° C.
  6. Coat the baking paper and loaves of bread with water to give them a nice crust.
  7. Score the baguettes several times with a knife.
  8. Bake at 230 ° C for 10 minutes, then lower the heat to 190 ° C and bake again for about 15 minutes. Then let the baguettes cool.
