Beetgold - Tortillas, Wraps and Flat Breads

It all began with a competition of ideas in 2019. Matthias, now a project manager at Beetgold, presented his idea of making delicious wraps, tortillas and flatbreads from healthy whole vegetables. This is an easy way to incorporate more healthy vegetables into your daily diet without having to learn new recipes.

An important factor worth noting here is that these tortillas are based on "waste products". The so-called "waste product" used here is pomace which is the nutrition-filled vegetable residue left after organic vegetables have been pressed to make juice. In this way, food waste is combated as well.
