Description
This long-grain rice remains fully with a grainy texture once cooked. Made with a modernised parboiling process so that each grain of rice can absorb the same amount of moisture in half the time. Cooking time: 20 minutes.
Preparation:
- Bring 2 cups of water to the boil in a pan.
- Stir in 1 cup rice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Drain well and serve.
