A stylish tool to grate Parmesan cheese: this stainless steel cheese grater with a practical container made of olive wood is minimalist in design and very functional. Like all wooden products from BÉRARD, this piece is meticulously made by hand using traditional methods. Thanks to the natural grain and colour variations of olive wood, each piece is unique.
Since olive wood is particularly dense, it is very hard-wearing, durable and does not absorb odours or dirt. It will bring you many years of joy if you follow a few tips on care and maintenance.
Notes and recommendations:
- Olive wood is a natural product and reacts to external influences. Therefore, please clean under running water at a comfortable temperature. To protect it, rub in food-grade beeswax from time to time and always store it in a dry place. Do not soak the box in water. It is not dishwasher-safe!
- The stainless steel grater is dishwasher-safe.
