Alfalfa is a high-quality natural product that has been valued in the Arab world for centuries. The whole food powder is made from dried alfalfa seeds using a gentle grinding process below 30 ° C.

Recommended use:

As a topping:

• Sprinkle 1-2 heaped teaspoons (2 x approx. 4 g) daily over salad, steamed vegetables, muesli, sauces or soup.

In drinks:

• Mix in water, fruit and vegetable juices or into yoghurt.

Tea:

• Add a heaping tablespoon to a cup of cold water, simmer briefly, strain and then let steep for 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
