BioKing - Premium Quality Natural Products Organic Deglet Nour Dates, with Pits are great fruits, they are not dried, they are the natural state of Dates when not freshly ripe, I really like them, they contain the seeds but I feel that when the seeds are left in the fruits, the fruits taste better because the fruit has not been burst open to remove the stone so the fruit is fresher, Dates are a very healthy way to enjoy a sweet treat and they contain calcium so they are actually beneficial for your teeth and I read that Dates are good for your heart
Include them in your everyday meals for good health
