Description
This perfectly balanced mix of different legumes includes white, red and black beans as well as different types of lentils. It is quick to prepare and can be used to make stews, soups and side dishes.
Instructions: Side Dish for 2 Portions
Wash 150 g of the legumes and let them stand for 12 hours in plenty of water to soften. Pour 500ml of water into a pot and steam the beans to cook them. You can steam the beans in a steaming pot for 15 minutes.
