Spelt was cultivated by the Celts and ancient Egyptians, making it one of the oldest types of grain in human history.

  • BioKing's Organic Whole Grain Spelt Flour is a uniquely fine powder that, thanks to a special grinding technique, is up to five times finer than conventional flour. In addition, the spelt is naturally dried during the grinding process at a grinding temperature below 30 ° C to prevent oxidation.
  • Spelt has the same baking properties as wheat and gives cakes and pastries a pleasantly nutty note.

Recommended intake:

  • Ideal for making baby food or soft foods.
