Brezzo Madernassa Pear Compote

Two Italian specialities come together in this delicious treat: aromatic Madernassa pears meet Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC, a balanced and full-bodied wine from the Piedmont region. The freshly harvested pears are preserved in a syrup made with the wine. Carefully made according to a traditional recipe.

This speciality tastes delicious when served as a compote and is also great as a garnish with cake, yoghurt or ice cream.
