Description

Sun-ripened peaches from the orchards of Roero in the Piedmont region of Italy are preserved in sugar syrup for this simple but flavourful compote. This traditional, handmade delicacy doesn't need any other ingredients!

Serve these aromatic preserved peaches with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce as a classic peach melba ice cream dessert. But they are also absolutely perfect with creamy desserts such as pudding, rice pudding or yoghurt!
