Description
Tomini cheese is a traditional Italian cheese made from cow's milk. Here it is marinated in sunflower oil and seasoned with a little chilli. It is delicious as an appetiser with an aperitif or as a starter wrapped in bacon or puff pastry and baked briefly in the oven. The fine touch of chillies adds a pleasant spiciness without masking the fine aroma of the cheese.
