Bundaberg Ginger Beer

Ginger roots are dried using a special process before they are ground into a powder thus optimally preserving the natural taste. The ground ginger is then mixed with cane sugar and water and prepared for the fermentation or brewing process. To intensify the flavour, it is filtered after fermentation, leaving a small amount of ginger pieces.

You will need:

• 1 Bundaberg Ginger Beer
• 60 ml vodka
• 30 ml lime juice
• 1 - 2 small pieces of ginger (optional)
