This olive oil obtained from Biancolilla (60%) and Taggiasca (40%) olives has a particularly diverse aroma. The Sicilian olive variety Biancolilla adds a floral aroma with a light touch of artichoke. This extraordinary oil refines light summer dishes with a fine, medium-fruity note.
Goes well with fried fish, shellfish, vegetables and cream cheese.
