The recipe for the curry spice blend used to make this ketchup is very special - it dates back to the time when Queen Victoria was still the Empress of India. The unique flavours of South Asia are perfectly captured in a medley of coriander, cumin, cardamom and fenugreek to make this bold, spicy ketchup. It goes particularly well with hearty sausages or grilled poultry. Adds a subtle smoky note to vegan dishes.
