The patented baking channel from Bread&Cake XL is the secret of this tin. Fill it with water before baking and thus ensure even evaporation in the oven, creating a moisture shield around the baked goods. Bread can build up a wonderfully crispy crust. This not only keeps bread fresh for a long time, but is also full of flavour.
