This exceptional pepper is grown in the Kampot Cambodian coastal province and is considered the best pepper variety in the world. Unique climatic and geological conditions allow the pepper to thrive with incomparably delicate flavour nuances and superior quality. Therefore, this pepper carries the Geographical Indications (GI) label of the World Trade Organization.

The cone-like peppercorns are harvested by hand when they are fully ripe before being gently dried in the sun and carefully handpicked. The result is a product of the highest quality, which can only be offered in very limited quantities every year.

Notes of nutmeg, cardamom and red berries are characteristic of this unique pepper speciality. The pepper is very spicy but harmonious. It is the perfect spice to add sophistication to numerous dishes.
